05 — Questions
Common questions
You're in Denmark — does that matter?
Not in practice. I work US business hours, communicate over email and Loom, and accept USD via Stripe. You'll never need to call.
What's not included?
Backend development (custom CRMs, e-commerce, user accounts), copywriting from scratch (I'll polish what you provide), and ongoing SEO or paid ads management.
Who writes the copy?
You provide the raw content — services, descriptions, reviews, photos. I polish and structure it. If you need full copywriting, I'll refer you to a writer.
What happens after launch?
You own the site. You can host it yourself, hire someone else to maintain it, or take the optional $149/month care plan and let me handle it.
Can you really deliver in a week?
Yes — once you've completed the intake document. The build is 5 to 10 business days depending on tier. Delays usually come from waiting on client content, which is why intake comes first.
What if I want changes after launch?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every tier. After that, edits are billed at $95/hour or covered by the care plan.
