DesignedNord ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect through this site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the "Get a free concept" form, we collect the details you provide (e.g. name, email, brand/product info) via our form provider, Tally (tally.so). We use this only to prepare your concepts and quote, and to reply to you by email.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded form may set cookies required for it to function — see Tally's own privacy policy for details.

How we use your data

We use submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver requested work. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the service providers needed to run this site and process your request (e.g. Tally, our email host).

Data retention

We keep enquiry and project data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet basic accounting/legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@designednord.com.
